Shawn Handy is a native of West Philadelphia. he started out rapping as an early passion at 9 years old. Throughout his teenage years, he continued HIS pursuit of being a hip hop artist. As time went on, He networked with local artists, Leading TO an opportunity to work in the music industry from behind the scenes. He transitioned from artistry into assisting operations management for a popular Philadelphia hip-hop artist and a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum producer. FROM 2013-2017, he managed day-to-day operations for the well-respected producer. Without a plan, he developed a passion for capturing moments on his iPhone at studio sessions and events. His time capturing the art of the entertainment industry led to the creation of "handid views." Replacing the c in candid for an authentic touch, Shawn aims to help tell a story through every photo he captures. Shawn launched HandidViewss in the height of the global pandemic in 2020. Over the past 5 years, Shawn has shot over 1000s of smiles and memories and is looking forward to capturing 1000s more.
